Construction of six floors in a difficult access area in less than 3 months

Despite the logistical difficulties, 6 floors of 100 square meters were built in a very short time

The challenge of operating in areas of greater logistical difficulty was taken as an opportunity to grow our competence and managerial abilities.

The project involved the construction of another six floors on an existing four-story building. Approximately 100 square meters per floor to be built in a very short time was a challenge that engaged our technical, logistic and operational sectors, creating a synergy between all the players, creating an efficient and effective team.

In this construction site, in addition to timing and logistics, there were important technical problems to be solved before the start of the works and dealt with following a philological path necessary to reach the best result.
